However, I wish I was in the classroom in a term when I wasn't teaching four classes of my own!Ancaretthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12043235152175550207noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29059245.post-32479590062666482272006-10-17T21:01:00.000-05:002006-10-17T21:01:00.000-05:00I'm having a very similar experience this semester...I'm having a very similar experience this semester. I'm taking Japanese, and it's very humbling to be the oldest student in the class, older than the instructor, with only a B+ grade. ;)

The word for "grad student" is a real pain to say, and of course I was called upon to say it first in class.

"taigakuinsei"

Yeah, like sensei, only longer.

Moreover, I have to travel at the end of the semester, and I'll have to get a note from the Dean to get the excused absence. So weird.

Good luck on you quiz. I'm glad to hear you are enjoying the brain stretch.FemaleCSGradStudenthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17081709607565950878noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29059245.post-66020609967110458892006-10-17T19:56:00.000-05:002006-10-17T19:56:00.000-05:00My travel schedule is one of the biggest problems....My travel schedule is one of the biggest problems. Might as well take advantage of it.Ms.PhDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11050354864577547294noreply@blogger.com
