Huge Girl Sale

I just saw a sign advertising a Huge Girl Sale, and couldn't resist using that for a title. The next street over is having a Monster Sale. Both sound scary, especially if the Huge Girl Sale is infested with dolls. It might be time for another poll -- which is the scariest kind of doll: Barbie, Bratz, or American Girl? I think they are all creepy each in their own special way.

I have to say those Bratz ones are pretty spectacularly revolting.

American Girls give me the creeps - it's the whole matching outfits thing.

I hate dolls. Always did.

Bratz. I mean, Barbie is, as is widely known, totally unrealistic in body shape, but at least her head isn't about to totter off her head! And the American Girls are sickeningly cutesy, but harmless. Of course, bear in mind that I'm a male who never really played with or was interested in dolls/action figures (despite my flaming homosexuality), so my opinion might not be the most valide.

Hmm, I wouldn't know, I never liked dolls as a little girl. Though I did have a bunch of GI Joes, but that was mostly because they came with some pretty cool hardware. The only possible interest I could see in dolls/action figures was as humanoid payload for experimental launching devices. Fly, Barbie, fly!

As someone who actually liked American Girls dolls, and was given barbies (though I never could see their appeal), I'd have to say that I find the Bratz dolls to be absolutely awful.
